Free includes 5 distinct comps lookups total per account, with no monthly reset. Starter includes 35 per month; Investor includes 135 per month; Pro has no per-user comps cap. Paid monthly allowances reset on the 1st (UTC).

Comps are separate from ordinary property research allowances. Repeating the same subject within its allowance period does not consume another comps lookup. Trials do not include comps.

All plans, including Pro, are subject to data availability and our shared provider request budget. New data requests pause when that budget is exhausted or awaiting verification. Eligible cached results may remain available.
