Preparing a Rental Listing for Rent360
A useful rental listing answers a visitor's practical questions: what the space includes, when it is available and how to ask for more information. Prepare those details before opening the listing form.
Describe the actual space
Write a short description of the property as it is today. Include the rooms, features and shared areas that matter to a prospective renter. Separate features included with the rental from options that require an additional arrangement.
Gather the address and the information requested by the current form. Check spelling and units, and avoid copying details from an older listing without verifying them.
Prepare recent photographs
Use photographs of the actual property. Show the main rooms and any important condition details. Remove personal information from the scene before taking photographs, and review reflections in mirrors and windows. Do not use a sample property image as if it showed the rental.
Arrange the photographs as a short walkthrough. Pair them with descriptions that explain what the viewer is seeing.
Confirm the terms and availability
Keep a written record of the rate, rental period, availability and any additional terms you intend to offer. Make sure the listing agrees with that record. If you advertise elsewhere, check those calendars and terms as well. Do not assume that a calendar connection alone prevents every scheduling conflict.
Review before sharing
Open the Rent360 Owner Dashboard and sign in to continue. Follow the current form and review the saved listing's status. Check the public page when it becomes available before sharing its link.
View the page on a phone as well as a larger screen. Confirm that photographs, text and contact details are clear. Keep the information current as availability or terms change.
